Family Forward Montana is an initiative of Zero to Five Montana and is rooted in the input shared from employers around the state who want to take actions to make Montana a great place to live, and raise a family. This is an initiative that will grow and evolve as employers like you join and bring in your great ideas, requests for resources, and voice to state and local policy tables.

This in turn leads to increased employee retention, heightened job satisfaction, and improved overall company performance. We are here to help you achieve these outcomes by providing guidance, resources, and a supportive community of like-minded business owners across Montana.

We’re in the final stages of finishing the website, where you’ll be able to access information about a variety of family-friendly policies and practices, apply to be a Family Forward Montana employer by submitting your active policies, and request to talk with one of our staff about steps you can take today to become a Family Forward Montana employer.

You also don’t want to miss our annual MT Child Care Business Connect Summit August 7-8 in Helena, MT at the Delta Colonial Hotel. This event serves as a powerful platform for child care providers, community leaders, employers, and early childhood experts to come together and forge connections that strengthen the child care industry, our communities, and our state.
